Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy uses the arts modalities in a safe, confidential, supportive, non-judgemental environment for groups and individuals of any age, gender or belief. The creative process allows for healing and the enhancement of life energy. This is the connection between art and life. We become synchronized to the natural order of the outer cosmos and our inner world. We become harmonious and experience joy and happiness. It frames the understanding of the psychological aspects of the creative process.

As an experienced, natural and intuitive professional, Daria uses the arts (drawing, painting, writing, poetry, music, drama, mandalas, masks, collage, clowning, etc.) as a tool for personal expression and transformation. It is within this process of creative imagination that we tap into our inner wisdom and become synchronized with our divine purpose. For individual, group, workshop or special needs.
