How quickly do you ship orders?

All our orders are made to order and shipped directly to you from our production partners, a family-run business in the North of England. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, please allow 3-5 working days for production and an extra 1-2 working days for your order to arrive. (Delivery speed is dependent on shipping method selected at check out).

Yes our items take a little longer to fulfil than if you were purchasing an already made item, but it keeps waste to a minimum and we'd like to think its definitely worth it!

Do you ship internationally?

Worldwide Baby! Our production partners have got your international orders handled. Please refer to our Shipping Page for further information.

What’s your Return Policy?

The last thing we would want is for our customers to be dissatisfied with one of our products, but if for any reason you are – please contact us directly as soon as possible to see how your concern can be resolved.

Due to our products being printed on a demand only basis, its important to consider and order the correct size (Please double check and refer to our Size Chart for guidance). However, mistakes do sometimes happen so please get in touch to see how we may be able to help you rectify the issue.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your garment, please get in touch and let us know.

Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@artofsoulstudio.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address stipulated in our email response and we require the buyer to cover the return postage cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot take responsibility for any incorrect shipping address details inputted on our site. Please ensure to double check your completed address to make sure it is correct and deliverable. Any packages returned to us due to insufficient address information will be reshipped but we require the buyer to cover the additional shipping cost.

Are my international taxes covered?

All taxes are covered by us for Europe, USA, Australia. (Switzerland, Norway and Canada have their own tax laws so landing taxes may apply).

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept all forms of payment from American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Paypal to Union Pay and Visa.

Can my order be changed or cancelled?

An order can be edited or cancelled prior to production, but unfortunately cannot be amended once the production process has begun.

Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee we can cancel an order before production has begun as our production partners process orders quickly and efficiently.

When Can I Expect My Order to arrive?

Yes, all our apparel items are unisex and offer a comfortable, relaxed fit. However, some ranges may be more applicable to Men’s fit and we definitely want to offer specific Women’s cut and sizes should that be more your jam :) If in doubt, please refer to the pop up Size Chart which is there to guide you to make the right choice for you.
